My story

Hi! I'm Carlyne. I'm about 2 years old and would love to be your lap dog. I'm a happy girl looking for her person, and I've got a smile that lights up the whole room. I am working on learning all my commands, because I want you to be happy with me. Walking on a leash without pulling is a work in progress since I was found on the street. My favorite thing to do is snuggle with my hoomans, especially if there is a fuzzy blanky involved. I am very selective about my doggie friends, so I would prefer to be your one and only. I don't want any problems, and I'd rather cuddle with you anyway. If you're in the market for a sweet and lovey girl, I would really like to meet you...and your blankets! ADOPTION FEE: $300 (All MVPC dogs are heartworm-tested and on prevention, completely vetted, spayed/neutered, microchipped, crate-trained and house-trained) ADOPTER: Dog experience BIRTHDAY: 8/28/2022 FENCE: Required, preferably a wooden fence - I can climb a chain link (an electric fence is not an acceptable form of containment) DOG FRIENDLY: Very selective DOGS IN HOME: Solo CATS: Yes CHILDREN: Yes - 8 years and older I AM READY TO GO HOME!! If you are approved to be my new family, a hold fee of $100 is required and will be applied to the full adoption fee of $300 when MVPC comes to visit your house with me! ***WE DO NOT HOLD DOGS. We do not adopt to individuals under the age of 25. DO NOT: USE THE PETFINDER INQUIRY/CONTACT/ADOPT BUTTONS--we are unable to monitor those and you will not receive a response. PLEASE NOTE: We are volunteer based and a home visit is required; we have a two-hour adoption radius from Kettering, OH for our adult dogs and 75 miles for our puppies. Exceptions for our ADULT dogs only, though rare, may be made on a case-by-case basis but we must be able to do a home visit. Thank you for your understanding!
