My story

Meet Bronson! He is a 3yr old neutered male American Pitbull/Staffordshire terrier mix that weighs 56lbs. He came into the Mesquite Animal shelter on 10/7. He was adopted on 1/31, yet returned on 2/7 when the former adopters realized taking care of a dog is a responsibility they were not ready for. Bronson has such a gentle loving soul. At times it takes him a bit to warm up to a new person. He always makes me smile when he wags his tail and you see a sparkle in his eyes, looking back at me when I take him out of his kennel. He walks well on a leash, takes treats gently, takes treats gently and will put his hands in my lap and give me kisses. You can see how much love he has to give with one look into his eyes. He knows the sit command too! He disregards the other dogs that are barking at him, but we do ask if there will be another dog in the home, please ask the shelter for a dog test. He has a low key personality and would make any loving family a great companion. He, like all of our pups, shows anxiety being in their kennels so much. All this great boy dreams of is having his own family with a secured backyard to play in. Yet most importantly to live indoors, cuddling with his loved ones on the couch. Come spend time with this wonderful boy. He will truly capture your heart.
