My story
Maverick is being fostered in Ames Iowa and is not at Midlands Humane Society. You MUST fill our an application if you are interested in adopting. https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/CBIA/Dog Maverick is a sensitive boy that loves his person. He takes a little time for you to earn his trust but once you do you have a friend for life. Maverick went to spend some time with our friends at Clarinda Correctional Facility where he worked on basic manners for 8 weeks. He in now being fostered in Ames Iowa and is part of the ISU Ace Project to continue to build on his foundation training and continue to make him be the best he can be. He is dog selective so he will need proper introduction with other dogs. He has not been around cats.
