My story

Hello there, I'm Rey - the Star Wars fans get it, a loyal survivor looking for the family where I belong! I'm also a gentle, sweet girl whose love language is physical touch, as in pets and belly rubs... but I'm not one to turn down a treat, either. I have learned a lot in a short time, including crate training and basic commands, but can have occasional skittish moments that just need a patient pause while I get my bearings. I love being outside and am always eager to meet new people of all ages and furry friends - just remember I am still young, so I may need a little more help with showing restraint sometimes. I would do best in a household where I get regular exercise like walks or playing outside with kids or other dogs, but also happy to lounge by your feet all day. I've lived with my current human for almost 3 years, and we love each other so much! He's just gone so much for work now and can't spend as much time with me as he would like to. He's taking great care of me, still, and we both hope you reach out to Lost Our Home - once you meet me, I know The Force will bind us together!
