Denali

My story

Denali came into us from another rescue in early 2022. He was very sickly and had a heart murmur. After a visit with our specialist it was decided to see if he would outgrow the heart murmur which he did. However shortly after it was discovered that he had parvo. He was immediately quarantined and treated and survived! He was the picture of health for the next two weeks after he finished treatment however he started to get sick again! Upon testing him it was discovered that now he had distemper! Another highly fatal disease! But wouldn't you know it, he again beat the odds and did not just survive but thrived! For the last year Denali has been the picture of health again! Due to the treatment that he needed for the diseases his calcium levels were depleted so his teeth did not form properly. In addition he does have a neurological tick that does not impair his ability to live a full and Rich life! Denali is a very special boy and we just know there is that special family out there that can give him the love and patience he deserves!
