My story

Meet Alvin, a charming little adventurer with a coat of striking brown/grey stripes. He is always up for a game, especially one where he can show off his impressive climbing skills. Alvin has a playful spirit and is full of curiosity, making every day feel like a new adventure. He is a natural-born explorer who loves to find cozy spots to curl up in after a fun day of play. If you’re looking for a bundle of energy with a heart of gold, Alvin is your perfect match. This cat or kitten is being fostered with Cat Nap Lodge (CNL) for Kalamazoo Animal Rescue. Cat Nap Lodge is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit cat and kitten rescue located in Richland, MI. Our address is 10418 N 32nd St, Richland MI 49083. We are open to the public on Sundays from 2-5 or by appointment. His foster parents are Joni K.   The adoption fee for Alvin is $90. If more than one cat or kitten is adopted the adoption fees are discounted. Please complete our online application form if you are interested in adopting Alvin. A volunteer will contact you as soon as possible. All Kalamazoo Animal Rescue cats & kittens are spayed or neutered and feline leukemia tested prior to adoption. They also are given medication to rid them of roundworms and checked and treated for fleas & ear mites, if needed. Additional vet care may have been provided depending on the particular animal's needs. All are given distemper vaccinations and depending on how long the pet has been in foster care, additional vaccine(s) may be necessary and the expense will be incurred by the adopter.
