My story

Hi, I'm Phoebe! I'm a friendly girl with a playful spirit and energy to spare. I love running around, playing fetch, and meeting new doggy pals. I've been told I could use a little more training, but I promise I'm a quick learner. I'm always eager to please and love nothing more than a good belly rub or a treat for a job well done. I've got a lot of love to give and I'm just waiting for the right person to share it with. I may need a bit of patience and guidance, but I assure you, I'm worth it.
