SPUD

My story

This sweet face belongs to Spud (previously Honcho), and he`s so handsome. According to his foster, `Spud is such a fun, snuggly, happy dog! He loves to spend time with people and has excellent inside manners - housebroken and not destructive at all. He loves to go for car rides and meet new people. He needs extra help when being introduced to new dogs and is still working on leash manners.He loves balls, treats, and any sort of attention!He is also a fairly low energy young dog. He seems to do well with 3 x 15- minute walks a day and some sniffing/ play time in the yard. He`s content to chill most of the time (preferably leaning against your leg).He does seem to be initially reactive to dogs/ pets. We have been able to work through some of it, but he would need to either be the only pet or the adopter will need to be willing to patiently help him with introductions.He is housetrained and well behaved (not destructive and doesn`t jump). Still working on leash training.Crate trained, including unsupervised, and we have not yet tried unsupervised out free in home. Seems to have some counter surfing habits but we are working on those manners.Does great in the fenced in yard with or without supervision.`
