Frida

My story

Frida is a sweet and loving German Shepherd girl who was surrendered to Dallas Animal Services after they had visited her home multiple times. Her time was almost up at DAS and she was scheduled for euthanasia due to space. HSDC transferred her to our shelter so we could give her more time to find her perfect retirement home. Frida is has spent some time in foster and her foster parent tells us "Frida is a super happy, friendly dog that loves her attention and playing. She loves people and is very eager to learn new tricks. She's already house trained and knows how to sit and lay down. She can be shy at first but warms up quickly and can feel like a puppy when she wants to play." Frida has a chronic spinal issue that will require surgery, but she can't recover in the shelter. We are looking for an adopter or foster to help her heal from this surgery that the shelter will provide for her. Primary Color: Sable Weight: 64.125 Age: 7yrs 8mths 0wks
