My story

DOB 20-Aug- 2024 Beardie is being fostered at one of Toronto Cat Rescue’s pet store partner locations. Please note that if you’re approved to adopt, you’ll need to pick them up from the store within 24 hours of being approved. Beardie is a sweet, fluffy and gentle kitten. He is affectionate but gets squirmy when held in your arms because he has more important things to do - like play, get the zoomies or wrestle with his siblings! He is good-natured and well behaved (as far as kittens go!) and will come when called (usually). Beardie and his siblings, Emilio, Bryce and Calista, were born in a TCR foster home after his mom, Vickie Bee, had been rescued while pregnant. Vickie was a really good mother and looked after her kittens very well. Beardie is confident, playful and has lots of very feisty boy-kitten energy - and some mischief too, like swinging on curtains! While he may not be too crazy about being on your lap he likes to be close to you. His favorite toy is the chirping bird on a wand and he can leap very high into the air trying to catch it. Like all kittens Beardie is super curious about everything around him. He loves to explore but is also very happy to curl up for a long kitten nap. Beardie should be adopted either with another kitten or to a home where there is another friendly cat since kittens can get lonely on their own. Beardie is looking for his forever family.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Beardie, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
