My story

Geneva and Geneseo are an adorable bonded pair who MUST be adopted TOGETHER! Their story is a familiar one in the rescue world - their owner’s unfixed kitten had kittens, and she reached out to us to get the help these two precious babies needed to thrive. ❤️GENEVA❤️ has crazy markings! Two white spots in the larger tabby spot on her back, a tabby spot that runs down her nose, a very light spot under her chin near her neck, and a spot on each rear leg that sometimes look like a heart when she lays just right. She’s very laid back - so well-behaved and like a little angel! She’s a shy girl, with the biggest purr! She walks around purring up a storm! She hides away at first, but once she gets comfortable with you she will come around. She’ll climb on her foster mom’s chest or shoulder purring and excited to be held. She loves to be held and snuggled! She is normally the first one to the wet food because Geneseo stops for more pets on the way. She loves the laser pointer toy and goes crazy chasing it. She really enjoys napping at the top of the cat tree or in a hammock! She loves her brother Geneseo and she cries when he is not in her sight. 💙GENESEO💙 has a beautiful fluffy coat! He’s white under and tabby on top, except he has one tabby spot on one of his front legs. He’s become the biggest love bug! He does not love it when you pick him up to just hold him, but he will do just about anything to get you to pet him! He will crawl in your lap and nudge your hand or kiss it until you start scratching his head. He will also lay down next to you & nudge you or lay his head on your lap until you pet him. He has great manners & will step aside when it is sister’s turn for pets and love. He has a very soft broken up purr. He loves to play and if you let him he will play until he starts panting, so you have to make sure to keep an eye on him and stop playing before he gets to that point! The fishing pole is his favorite toy.  They haven’t been around other cats, dogs, or kids, and they’re not used to chaos, so they’d do best in a quiet home.
