Ethel Rose

My story

Ethel Rose might just be the easiest dog on the planet. Give her a comfortable bed, a little snuggling and endless (unlimited) snackies, and Ethel will be happy as a clam. At 10, Ethel has the “polite behavior” assignment down to an art form. She’s housetrained, quiet and prone to long naps, and is surprisingly peppy on walks. Walks and exploring make Ethel very, very happy. She’s been great with the other dogs and cats in her foster homes. Ethel recently came back after 2 months in her adoptive home because her dad was facing a challenging work travel schedule and didn’t feel it was fair to leave her home alone constantly. We get it. She’s fine chilling on her own at home and can be trusted not to get into anything. But, Ethel is social, and she longs for companionship and friendship. And snacks. She likes her snacks. (See above.) Ethel loves being close to you, and she is a loyal, easygoing companion. All she wants is to be with you and to be included and loved. This girl is the best dog.
