My story

Hi my name is Oscar Mayer! I am a shy boy who is on the hunt for my fur-ever home. I am a bit of an introvert, I prefer to hide until love comes my way. I love to be pet, snuggled, and spend quality time with those I love. With some time, patience, and a lot of bravery on my part, I will even start to seek out your affection on my own. If you have space in your heart for a timid guy like me, I would love to meet you!`Oscar Mayer is 3 years and 3 months old. He is a male cat. His likes are making muffins with paws, and cozy hiding spaces. He is looking for a home that is ok with FeLV+ and without kids. He is a Domestic Shorthair/mix. He prefers to hide until love comes his way. His disease may cause a shortened life span. His colors are brown and black. You should adopt him because he wants to have a home. He is a shy boy and spends quality time with those he loves.` - written by a 4th grader at Wines ElementaryOscar Mayer is Feline Leukemia (FeLV) positive. FeLV is a serious virus that is contagious to other cats (but not contagious to people or other species of animals). It may cause a shortened lifespan but FeLV cats have so much fun and love to give. Please call or come in to find out more.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Oscar Mayer, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
