Estimated DOB: 10/4/23 Celia is a beautiful girl with an interesting story: She fell through the ceiling at the workplace of one of our fosters! She is fine, and literally fell into a good situation! Celia is a super sweet girl and loves to play! She may need a little time to adjust and warm up, but will be a great companion once she adjusts to her new home. Do you have the perfect home for her?
