My story

Chance has spent his entire life growing up in the shelter—waiting, hoping, dreaming of a home where he can finally be someone’s baby. This handsome boy isn’t just looking for a roof over his head; he’s searching for a family who truly understands him, who’s ready to give him the love, patience, and guidance he deserves.Chance is a bundle of energy and enthusiasm, especially when it comes to playing fetch. Throw a ball, stick, or toy, and Chance will chase it with endless joy, sometimes for hours on end. He’s a playful spirit at heart who thrives when given the chance to engage and have fun.That said, Chance does have some important needs. He resource guards and isn’t comfortable around other animals or children under 12, so his perfect home would be an environment where he can be the center of attention. This is a dog who needs an experienced owner ready to take on a rewarding project—someone who understands that with a little structure, love, and patience, Chance can truly shine.He may have grown up in the shelter, but Chance’s heart is full of hope and loyalty.
