My story

Hi, I’m Ty – a gentle soul with a big heart and a second chance at love-and I am a Priority Pet!I may be a senior kitty, but don’t let my age fool you—I still have plenty of spunk and affection to share. Life wasn’t always kind to me. I spent some tough years outside, and my diabetes went untreated, which caused some trouble with my kidneys and teeth. But now that I’m in a foster home where I’m cared for and loved, I’m thriving—and showing everyone I’ve got plenty of life left in me!My two favorite things? Mealtime (obviously) and getting head scratches and love from my foster mom. I’m a pro at giving purrs and headbutts to show how much I appreciate her. I do need insulin injections twice a day, but I’m such a champ about it—give me my food first, and I barely notice!All I really want is a soft place to land and someone to love. I’m a sweet, mellow guy who just wants to be near my people and soak up the affection.
