Currently Living at: Foster in the DC area! I am Looking For: My loving forever family! Hi! I'm Quill, and I am a cute little kitten! I won’t ask for much- just some love, cuddles and lots of toys so I can run and play and be my kitten self.  What My Foster Says About Me: coming soon! What the Shelter Says About Me: With a name like Quill, you know this is her “pen” name and this girl is quite the journalist! She likes to get the scoop on all the happenings in the shelter. Quill does a great job collecting info through her exceptional skills of observation and attention to detail. Quill is very quiet and does her observations without making a sound. Her beautiful black and white tuxedo 'business suit' is gorgeous. Quill is a perfect quiet companion. Kitten Vetting Requirements: Your kitten may not be fully vaccinated upon adoption.  You will be responsible for providing whatever remaining vaccines are needed to complete the kitten vaccine series. TO ADOPT: The adoption fee for adult cats is $200 ($350 for two cats adopted together).
