Meet Miguel – A Sweet Young Pup Looking for a Second Chance Miguel is a 9-month-old Labrador mix, weighing around 42 lbs. He and his sister, Whitney, were rescued from Apple Valley Shelter just in time—saved from the euthanasia list and given a second chance at life. Now Miguel is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped, and he’s ready for a loving home to call his own.  Miguel at a Glance: Age: ~9 months Breed: Labrador Retriever mix Weight: ~42 lbs Neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped Friendly with people and other dogs Sweet, playful, and eager to learn Needs basic puppy training (he’s still just a baby!) Miguel is a sweet and affectionate pup who loves people and gets along well with other dogs. Like any young dog, he’ll benefit from some basic training—but he’s smart, eager to please, and full of potential. He and his sister were found as strays, so we don’t know much about their past—but we’re focused on giving them the bright future they deserve.
