My story

Meet Shimmy! Shimmy is around 2 years old, 56lb, and just wants to be your best friend! He loves to cuddle up, whether it’s with you or on a comfy bed. He gets super excited about just the idea of a walk. If you work from home he might want to curl up on your feet while you work, so no need to have a pair of slippers! Shimmy is crate trained, but also does well left loose. He also travels nicely in the car. He has been fostered with other dogs and does well but prefers slow intros! Shimmy has a passion for food, some might even call him a Connoisseur of Kibble. He loves toys and chews - if you throw it he will surely chase it down! Don’t let his chill demeanor fool you, if you’re ready to play, he will be too! Shimmy has just completed heartworm treatment and is ready for his forever home! He is a handsome squishy faced boy just looking for a spot in your heart (and maybe your bed if you let him).
