My story

Meet Apple!Apple is a vibrant 9-month-old Red Heeler mix full of love, energy, and personality. Weighing around 40 pounds, she`s the perfect size for cuddles after a day of play. Confident and affectionate, Apple adores meeting new people and other dogs. She has a warm, friendly nature and not an aggressive bone in her body. She thrives in a home where she can run, play, and share her joyful spirit.Apple is fully potty trained and sleeps through the night, usually curled up next to her people. She’s incredibly smart and quickly picks up on routines and training. While she’s still a puppy and benefits from consistency, she already knows so much and continues to impress with her curiosity and eagerness to learn. Apple has a high energy level and would do best in an active home with plenty of opportunities for exercise and enrichment. She enjoys entertaining herself with toys and would love having a playful dog sibling to romp around with.Though Apple was born deaf, it doesn’t slow her down one bit. She’s very visual and attentive, responding beautifully to hand signals and body language. Her foster family has taught her basic communication using sign language, and she’s picked it up quickly. She navigates the world just as well as any hearing dog and brings so much joy to everyone she meets.Apple is a loving, intelligent, and playful pup who’s ready for a forever family that will embrace her energetic personality and continue her training.
