My story

Hello! My name is Lincoln, I’m a handsome 2-year-old, neutered male, medium-haired tabby with the softest fur and the biggest heart. I was found as a stray in November 2024, but my wandering days are over—I’m ready to find my forever home!I’m a full-blown lover who wants nothing more than to be close to my favorite humans. I’ll happily curl up in your lap, bury my head into your arms, and make the best `biscuits` you’ve ever had. If you’re looking for a snuggly companion who will purr endlessly while kneading away, I’m your guy! When I’m not soaking up affection, I’m an adventurous and playful kitty who loves to explore and, most importantly…eat! I take my meals very seriously and may even entertain you with some of my unique and adorable cat sounds while I wait for my next snack.I haven’t had much experience with other cats, dogs, or kids yet, but I’m open to meeting them! If you have little humans at home, bring them by so we can say hello. If you have a pup, the amazing shelter staff can introduce me to a MaxFund dog to see how I do.I was found with an injured leg, but I’m working hard in physical therapy at MaxFund to get stronger every day. Due to this, I’m available as a Short-Term Foster with intent to adopt—meaning you get to bring me home, help me heal, and hopefully fall in love along the way!
