My story

Hello! My name is Akela!  My estimated birthday is 3/25/2023.   I am a long- term resident of the rescue. I was born outside a in a large cat colony. I was just a baby, so I was brought in with two of my brothers, Mowgli and Baloo who are also still available for adoption. I am more on the shy side. It takes me a long time to warm up, so I've been overlooked. I adore other cats. I am more likely to be your cats best friend then yours. I will allow you to pet me but they do make me nervous. If I don't want to be bothered, I will run away. I have never shown any type of aggression. I am foster with: Medium sized dog Multiple Cats Harlow's Haven Cat Rescue is a non-profit organization the focus on saving the lives of at risk and homeless cats in our community. We provide them with a safe environment in foster homes where they can live cage free and thrive until adoption day.
