You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Felicia has come out of her shell so much in the few months she has been in foster! She is more curious friendly and confident. She met Santa, and  has been attending adoption events with her. In her foster home she  & her sister Rayla are a joy to watch playing in the yard and being goofy and enjoying their freedom. Inside they play gently together when they aren't curled up together taking a nap.  Rayla and Felicia are looking for their forever home(s)! They may do well separately, we are working with them on that, but if you have space for 2.. they will bring the entertainment!
