My story

Race Car may have started his journey from a difficult place, but he's racing toward a bright new futurehe just needs someone to help him get there! Coming from a bad hoarding situation, Race Car has had to overcome a lot, but his resilience and gentle spirit are shining through more every day.At about 6 years old, Race Car is still a bit on the shy side. He's a quiet, reserved guy who is still learning to trust humans and explore the world outside of his shell. But dont let that fool youhis curiosity is growing, and hes becoming more affectionate as he starts to feel safe and comfortable in his new environment. Hes got a soft gray and white coat that he loves to have brushed and petted when he feels confident, and with time, hell be your best friend, ready to share his love in his own sweet way.Race Car may need some patience and understanding to settle into his forever home, but if you're someone who can offer him the quiet, calm space he needs, hell reward you with loyalty and quiet companionship. A patient, cat-savvy person or family who can give him the time and space to continue opening up would be ideal for this sweet boy.Race Car is looking for a home where he can take his time adjusting, perhaps with other calm, respectful pets who wont overwhelm him.
