Meet Sydney, a resilient 3.5 to 4-year-old sweetheart with a story that will tug at your heartstrings. Found tied to a tree, Sydney was underweight, heartworm positive, and absolutely terrified. It’s clear she hadn’t experienced the love and kindness every dog deserves. But her journey to healing has been nothing short of inspiring.Today, Sydney is heartworm-free, on the annual ProHeart shot, and ready for her fresh start. She still feels a bit unsure around men and will thrive with a patient, understanding family. Sydney has come a long way—she’s learning to trust, to play, and to simply be a dog.With her big, adorable feet and her quirky, camel-like run, Sydney is a source of endless smiles. When she’s happy, she beams with joy, showing her gentle and goofy personality. She’s loving, loyal, and eager to find the forever home where she can shine.
