My story

Meet Patches Patches is a sweet and tenderhearted dog who is about 1-2 years old and weighs 45 pounds. He was an owner surrender to a shelter who called us to pick him up. He does have a brief warm-up period when meeting new people, but he loves to get attention and affection. He is very playful and smart. He will get very attached to his family I just love this sweet boy! He gets along well with the other dogs at the rescue. He is a wonderful dog who just wants a family to call his own! Patches is located at our rescue in Hondo, Texas and is available for transport to Chelsea, Michigan on June 28th, with approved application! He is neutered, up to date on all shots, microchipped and his adoption fee is $450. The fee includes the transport cost. This is completely curable after treatment and dogs can go on to live long and happy lives. Our rescue is one of the first to do Chagas testing for all of the dogs in our care and is having measurable success in the treatment protocol. We are also focused on continued education and awareness of Chagas to help even more dogs.
