My story

Hi, lovely humans! I am Arya, a seven-year-old sweetheart who is looking for a calm, and quiet place to call my forever home. When I visited the vet, they thought I was younger than I am. (They know how to charm an older girl, I guess!) I get nervous in new environments, but, as I get to know where I am, I accept a home and kind people so warmly. I love to sit on laps and legs; my favorite place to sleep is on top of my human's chest. I get startled pretty easily as first, but the more I acclimate, the more comfortable I become. I love to follow my human from room to room, and I love to be touching her. Ribbons and string toys make me play like a kitten, and I am a big fan of catnip. Wait until you hear how loud I purr!
