My story

Tunde is the sweetest, most loving girl. She’ll stare at you with stars in her eyes and follow you everywhere you go. She will sit patiently and wait for you to put her harness on when it's time for her walk. She absolutely loves walking and is so happy to go on an adventure. Tunde gets excited to see other dogs and outdoor animals, but gets a little overwhelmed once she gets close to them. She really just wants to say hello, but she can come on a little strong. She is working on her leash manners - she pulls but can quickly be refocused if you call her name. She does well with dogs that can match her energy. She loves to play.  She has been tested with three different cats, male and female, and has proven to be gentle and respectful of boundaries. She loves going on walks and exploring the neighborhood, but snuggling on the couch or taking a nap with you might be her favorite part of being rescued. She knows sit, stay, and loves to give paw. Tunde is house trained crate trained. She currently spends most of her day in the crate with no issue, but she is happiest when you are home, petting her. She lives for snuggling at bedtime and sleeps best when she's touching you. She  plays with her toys all by herself, but is so happy if you want to throw something for her She loves tug of war.. She doesn’t guard her food, toys, or treats - you can approach her and take things out of her mouth. She loves treats of all kind. She doesn’t shed very much and is so so soft! My foster dog is good with: cats, small dogs, childrenMy foster dog is:  House trained, Crate trained, Low shed3 Keywords for your pup: happy, loving, cuddly Energy Level 6Barker? Or Quiet Pup?: Barks at knocks on door, whines when excited, otherwise quiet Walking Manners: Pulls when she sees things, walks better with harnessAppetite: Eats meals and treats very well Does the following: loves the car, tolerates the bathFavorite Things: Being told she is a good girl, taking comfy naps, snuggling with her people, her kong, all treatsCommands/Tricks: sit, stay, come, paw ALL adoptions require a completed application and final contract. The application can be found at  WaldosRescue.org  and once you are approved to adopt you will be put in touch with the foster to see if it’s a good match. We are a RESCUE not a shelter. We conduct veterinary and personal reference checks during the application approval process. We are unable to contact every applicant for every dog.  We will select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dogs needs. Waldos Rescue Pen is a 501c3 whose primary focus is rescuing dogs from the euthanasia list from high kill shelters throughout the United States ##2249466##

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Tunde Oyeneyin, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
