Noelle is a beautiful and resilient young dog looking for a loving home. Despite a rough start, she has embraced life with a joyful and affectionate spirit. Now thriving in her foster home, Noelle is the perfect mix of playful and cuddly—always up for an adventure but just as happy curling up on the couch for snuggles. She loves people and other dogs, making her a great fit for many types of families. Noelle is smart and eager to please, already mastering “sit,” “down,” and “paw.” She’s is fully house trained! Noelle also adores her squeaky toys—whether she’s entertaining herself or inviting you to join the fun! Beyond her playful side, Noelle is incredibly affectionate and thrives on human connection. She’ll melt into the couch for belly rubs and will charm you with her expressive face and signature head tilts.
