Hippie is good with dogs and loves to cuddle up with a cat of her own. Her perfect family will not leave her alone most of the day and have lots of time to spend with her keeping her company and giving pets. Hippie embodies everything we love about this breed. She has all the best traits, and her endearing nature makes any bad habits adorable. She walks well on leash, doesn’t dig, and loves the sound of her own voice. She’d do great as a leash-walk-only dog, but if she has her own yard, she’ll only need a 4’ fence. If you give her love, she will return it ten fold. Key considerations are: 1) the experience of the applicant with large breed dogs 2) children in the household or regularly visiting the household are ready for a large-breed dog who is a guardian by nature and 3) the sex of other dogs currently residing in the household to avoid same-sex aggression issues.
