Hank (#A2649684) is the ultimate sweetheart—affectionate, well-mannered, and just looking for someone to help him build a little confidence. He’s fully housebroken, sleeps through the night, and walks like a dream on leash. He’s a true “Velcro dog” who sticks right by your side and checks in often—unless he spots the beach, because yes, Hank loves the water!This handsome boy is incredibly polite: he takes treats gently, doesn’t beg, and sits calmly nearby. He’s met strangers, kids, and dogs of all sizes with zero reactivity and loose, friendly body language. He’s not fazed by bikes, scooters, or strollers, and only barked once during his entire stay—making him a great candidate for apartment or condo living.Hank may be shy about elevators, long hallways, or loud noises like motorcycles, but he’s making progress every day with encouragement and positive reinforcement. He’s not aggressive in the slightest—just a big softie who needs someone patient and loving to help him feel secure. He also gives the sweetest kisses (though he`s still learning a bit about personal space)!
