My story

Hi, I’m Frankie! I’m a gentle, laid-back senior boy with a heart full of love and a soft spot for cozy naps. My foster family says I’ve been the sweetest companion—easygoing in the home, great with their two dogs, respectful of their “spicy” cat, and gentle around their 8-year-old child. I’m a low-energy guy who’s happiest snuggling with my people, wandering the yard, or curling up in a comfy bed. I do have one quirk: new adults make me very nervous. Sometimes I get so scared that I might nip if someone I don’t know approaches me too quickly. But once I’ve had a little time to feel safe, I show my true self—calm, sweet, and loyal. Because of this, I’d do best in a patient, understanding home without constant new visitors. I’m not a big eater, but I do love butt scratches, and I’ll flash you my goofy, submissive grin when I’m happy. I’m a quiet, steady companion who just wants a safe, calm home to enjoy my golden years. Could you be the person to give me the comfort and love I’ve been waiting for?
