Meet Hamilton! He is a gentle soul ready for love!💙Hamilton, affectionately known as Hammy, came to us when his owner could no longer care for him. He arrived underweight and unsure of the new life ahead of him. With time, love, and good food, he has been growing both in size and in spirit.🐾Hammy is nearly 14-years old. He is dachshund-chihuahua mix, weighing about 8 pounds. Despite facing kidney failure and a heart murmur, he continues to enjoy the little things in life such as soft beds, gentle pets, and quiet time with his people. His heart condition is being managed with medication to help keep him as comfortable as possible.❤️‍🩹This sweet boy needs a soft place to call his home.
