My story

“Whoa, Nelly!”Life sure has been a ride for this stunning feline! Nelly has spent her entire life as a colony cat and we bet she has a good “tail” or two to tell! While this sweet little lady has enjoyed some great outdoor adventures, she is now ready to kick back (indoors!) and enjoy some well-deserved R&R.ABOUT NELLY:-In foster-Senior, domestic medium hair, female-Nelly was a little shy when she first arrived, but quickly became comfortable with volunteers.-Nelly is described as super sweet and affectionate.-She LOVES to be petted by both volunteers and visitors! She especially loves cheek and chin rubs by hand.-She sometimes cuddles up with her siblings, Shade and George. They seem to be close buddies.-Nelly LOVES food! She is a brave little lady who is more than happy to chow down in front of the volunteers. -Nelly is spayed, microchipped, dewormed, flea-treated, SNAP-tested for FIV/FeLV, and is up to date on core vaccinations.NELLY’S IDEAL HOME:-Good with other cats, unsure about dogs or young children.-Ideally, Nelly would be adopted with one or some of her colony siblings (George, Coco, Shade).-Nelly would do best with a human companion who is willing to give her the time, space, and attention she so desires.Nelly is eager to settle down and embrace the good life in a safe and caring fur-ever home.
