My story

Hi there, I’m Switzer! I’m back at the shelter after an adoption didn’t work out. Not because I chewed up anyone’s shoes or started a doggie rebellion — nope! My people just didn’t have the time to keep up with all this energy and fabulousness. Tragic for them, lucky for you. So now I’m chilling in the behavior office (it’s like my VIP suite), where I’m known for being non-destructive and pretty quiet. I’m a fun-lovin’, high-energy kind of girl who’s always ready for an adventure. I walk pretty good in my harness and I love a good walk or a play session. Don’t be surprised if I zoom around with joy! I’ve got zoomies for days, a love for life, and a tail that won’t quit. If you’re looking for a ride-or-die adventure buddy with strong opinions and stronger snuggles, I’m your girl. I am a little picky about my dog friends, so if you’ve got another pup at home, we’ll definitely need a meet-and-greet to make sure we vibe. I’m not into drama — just looking for someone who wants to keep up with my free spirit and give me the time and love I deserve. Ready to meet your next best friend? Come meet me.
