She is so excited every single day. She LOVES going out for her walks and does great walking on leash. She’s very treat motivated so training her is a breeze. She’d be a great dog to do agility with or even just teach fun tricks. She is a dog that loves to go go go but also loves physical affection. She will lean into you for pets and act like you’ve just given her a million dollars. She gets overlooked for her energy levels in the kennel but outside of it she really is a sweet baby who needs her person.``She is SUCH a sweetheart. She may look big and tough when you first see her, but she`s a big squish once you say hi. She`s definitely an adventurer, and I`m sure she`d love to go exploring with her people.``This sweet girl is so smart and has learned a lot since being at LHS. She loves her minnow treats too!``Very intelligent. Walks AMAZING on leash and keeps focus almost the whole walk. Very cuddly once you become close friends with her.`------------------------------------------------------------------------Pet of the Week Bio:Peanut is a 1-year-old super sweet girl with a heart full of love and a mind eager to learn. She is the definition of a loving, devoted companion—always eager to be near her people and soak up all the attention and affection she can get. This playful girl absolutely loves a game of tug and enjoys interactive activities that keep her mind and body engaged. She’s a high-energy pup who’s always ready for an adventure and would thrive in a home that can provide her with plenty of outlets for exercise and enrichment. Hiking, agility, puzzle toys—Peanut is up for it all!Peanut is also very attentive on walks, staying focused and engaged with her surroundings while looking to her person for guidance. She would love a home that can provide her with plenty of mental and physical stimulation to help channel her energy in positive ways.
