My story

Meet Axel, a sweet and silly boy who would love to find his forever home. Axel found his way to the shelter with several of his siblings from a hoarding situation. When he first found his way to the shelter he was very scared and nervous and needed some extra time and space to learn that humans are safe. Axel has come a long way in his short time with us; although he can still be weary of new friends, he will happily accept some pets and lovings from his friends here at the shelter. This sweet grey boy also loves to play with catnip toys and chase some springs and crinkle balls around the room. Axel would love to find a calmer home where he can have the time and space he needs to feel safe and comfy to reach his full potential as the sweet lovebug we know he wants to be. Axel would do well in a home with adults and older children who will respect his nervous nature. He would also happily share his home with some feline friends that can help show him the ropes in his new home.
