My story

Hey there! I’m Azúcar—aka Sugar, because I’m as sweet as can be!I’m a 1-year-old, petite 27-pound bundle of love with a playful spirit and a cuddly side to match. I was found running around in the cold in Grant Park, but now I’m looking for my forever home where I can share all my sweetness!I’ve been living in a foster home where I’ve proven to be a great companion—I’m potty trained, good with kids who can handle my puppy enthusiasm, and I absolutely love playing with other dogs! I’ve met big and small pups. I’m a natural at making doggie friends and I bring good vibes wherever I go!I LOVE toys, especially playing fetch and tug, and I’m always up for a game. I’m also an expert cuddler—after playtime, I’m more than happy to curl up next to you for some snuggles. I know “sit” and respond well to treats and praise, and I’m eager to learn even more!If you’re looking for a fun, affectionate, and playful pup who will keep you smiling, I could be your perfect match!
