My story
Riggs is my name, and I am a white cat with grey patches. I am a quiet guy who is shy and prefers cats to people. I will eat your treats but cannot be touched or handled. I was transferred from Dallas Animal Services so I could make my way in the world. I am really suited to be a cat that has a safe place where I do not have to interact with humans.
