My story

Hi, I’m Holly—a beautiful, sweet girl who’s had a rough start in life and is still learning to trust the world around me. I’m most comfortable with other dogs and truly come alive when I’m part of a playful pack. I adore children, do well with cats (though I might chase them a bit), and while I’m very shy with adults, I’ve made quiet progress—like walking on a leash, using pee pads, and enjoying my favorite treats (meat and cheese, please!). I’m not the kind of dog who seeks out affection right away, but I have a gentle soul and a great heart—I just need a calm, patient home that will give me the time and safety to blossom. I’m looking for a final forever home with a secure yard, a dog-savvy adopter, and at least one confident pup to help me continue healing and growing.
