My story

IDGSR Welcomes JULIP into the safety of the rescue!! THIS DOG IS FOSTERED IN TENNESSEE & AVAILABLE FOR TRANSPORT ************** Happy New Year! My name is Julip (like a Mint Julip), and I'm the cutest 1yr old Shepherd mix little lady. I am located near Greeneville TN and will be available for transport to my forever home. Quick Facts: Age - 1yr old Home - a home with a fenced in yard, no apartment or condo Kids - Would do fine with kids over 7+ Dogs - Good with large male dogs Cats - CAT TOLERANT Training - needs standard obedience training 1. My start to life hasn't been good. My previous home was keeping me in a cage out on a balcony all day every day with little to no interaction. Thankfully a kind neighbor stepped in and brought me to the best rescue. 2. I am CAT TOLERANT!! I heard this is a big deal to get along with kitties. If you have a feline friend, I'm sure we could get along and co-exist nicely. 3. I dream of having a safe enclosed yard to run and play in! Since I was trapped in a cage, I couldn't run and play like most pups. I hope you have a nice yard for me to play in! 4. I get along well with other dogs and hope you have a nice large male pup for me to romp around with. We could become best friends and play every day! 5. My foster mom says I'm a sweetie and am very smart. If you train me in obedience, it will help us bond and prove to your nosey neighbor that you have the best pupper on the block! 6. I hope to find my forever home this year, that is my New Years goal! Do you have goals to reach? We could achieve them together! I can't wait to meet you! THIS DOG IS FOSTERED IN TENNESSEE & AVAILABLE FOR TRANSPORT ************** ***IMPORTANT ADOPTION INFORMATION*** -ALL dogs are fostered in TENNESSEE unless otherwise noted -We do transport dogs to the east coast; a transport fee will apply -All dogs are up-to-date on vaccinations, heart-worm testing, monthly preventatives, & are spayed or neutered -Puppies under 6-months of age will require a SPAY/NEUTER CONTRACT, a portion of the adoption fee will be refunded upon documentation of the spay/neuter -An application must be submitted before scheduling an appointment to meet a dog -Dogs are introduced to prospective adopters BY APPOINTMENT ONLY -Due to the high volume of emails we receive, first priority will be given to those with submitted applications -All rescue work is done by dedicated volunteers, please be respectful of their time -Not able to adopt? Consider FOSTERING one of our wonderful dogs! Adoption Application: https://www.idgsr.org/apply-to-adopt NOTE: Please remain on the application page until you receive notice your application has gone through. Thank you for considering adopting this wonderful dog! Donations help us care for all of the dogs in our program.
