Found in Waco, Texas by a kind soul who rescued her after a car accident, Sage is now thriving in her foster home in North Colorado. About Sage: • Petite husky mix, around 45 lbs • Medium energy level • Sweet and very gentle • Not a barker, very well-behaved in the home • Potty and crate trained • Sleeps quietly through the night • Independent spirit with typical husky personality • Great with dogs and cats • Enjoys outdoor activities and playtime Daily Life: • Loves walks and yard time • Enjoys playing with toys • Loves to sleep at your feet and follow you around • Settles quietly on her bed indoors • Walks well on leash (some excited pulling at the start of a walk) Special Considerations: Sage needs a little time to adjust to a new home. She would thrive with: • At least one other dog in the home • A quiet household with a yard • Older children or adult-only home.
