Stevie - Blind

My story

Stevie is a super-sweet affectionate kitten (approx 5.5 months December 2024) who managed to find her way when abandoned at a pumpkin farm. Clearly someone took good care of her to build her kind and friendly disposition. Her initial rescuers didn't even realize she was blind, she was so confident and affectionate. A veterinarian has confirmed that while she probably sees light, darkness, and movement, and of course has her incredible hearing, sense of smell, and sensitive whiskers, she is mostly blind. Don't worry though. Just call her name and she'll find you across the room, and she's very careful when she encounters the edge of a couch or cat tree. Stevie would love a home with an enclosed staircase (or one level), older children who understand her limitations (or no kids at all) and only cat-loving pets who are fairly sedate and won't pounce on her unawares. She is FeLV/FIV negative, spayed, and vaccinated. Come visit her!
