My story

Poor Flip came to us when his owner disappeared, leaving this handsome gent with a friend who was unable to continue to care for him. He’s a confident boy who is healthy and energetic for his age, which means there are still many adventures to be had! In his past, Flip has lived with teens, school-age kids and other dogs, though we always recommend slow intros when a new dog meets a resident one. He’s housebroken and his temporary foster family reports that he is non-destructive, loves toys, rolling in the grass, and is a champion cuddler who will nudge your hand for pets. Now that he’s back at the shelter, this friendly guy has sadly been waiting a long time to find his furever home.
