Tootsie is a smart and loyal pup who is just waiting to find her forever home. She's good with other dogs and loves making new friends, but she could also be your only one. Despite her initial shyness, Tootsie is very affectionate and will quickly warm up to you. She's even housetrained! If you're looking for a furry running buddy, Tootsie is up for it.
