My story

Sweet Darby is the whole package. House trained, crate trained, well behaved, lover of people, and friend of all fellow dogs. This good boy came into the shelter as a stray around Christmas 2024 and, despite his good manners, no one came to claim him.Darby’s foster reports that Darby instantly adapted to life in a home, falling asleep on his foster mom within an hour and laying on his back for belly scratches from his foster dad almost immediately upon meeting him. You may notice Darby is a bit bow legged, our medical staff believe this is likely from living in a crate too small for his body. But Darby doesn’t let this hardship rain on his parade; he plays and runs, and trusts people, with ease. This sweetheart is absolutely ready for his forever home.Want to meet Darby?
