ESTIMATE WEIGHT FULL GROWN: 50 lbs KNOWN WITH DOGS: Duke LOVES playing with other pups!! KNOWN WITH CATS: Duke is VERY interested in cats, and the cat wins every time. This gentle soul is ok around cats, but depending on the cat he may not be the best companion. KNOWN WITH KIDS: Duke loves kids. In his last home, he would follow the youngest the yard. KNOWN COMMANDS: sit, lay down, does roll over sometimes, no, out(when playing with ball toss and retrieve KNOWN HOUSEBREAKING &/OR CRATING: Duke was house trained, but had a relapse when he moved foster homes. We are getting him back to a reliable pup to leave without marking. We do have him crate trained. He will whine a little initially, but settle in and lay down KNOWN LIKES: Playtime with friends or dogs, as well as snuggles and pets. He loves going on vacations with the family and is GREAT in the car! KNOWN DISLIKES: He does not like being left for a long time. ABOUT THIS ANIMAL: Duke is a sweetheart! He loves being a part of a family and has been great wtih kids. He's good in a yard with a basic fence ( no jumping) and has a kind soul who is intrigued by small mammals but never hurt one. He loves going on car rides with the family, and is a great adventure buddy! He is great wtih other pups as well. Duke was adopted by a family as a puppy, and they lived him dearly and took amazing care of him. Unfortunately their youngest developed a severe allergy leading them to have to find a new home. He's been well taken care of, and would love to find a new family willing to take him on adventures.
