My story

All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, shots current (DHPP, Bordetella and Rabies where applicable), dewormed, flea and tick treated, and microchipped.  * If you are interested in a dog, please first read the biography on the dog (keep scrolling down for the bio!) and then go to our website, www.dpsrescue.com for an application. Our adoption fees vary. Each biography will specifically list the adoption fee.Zelda is a 7 month old sweetheart that we rescued from the shelter. She is very sweet and loving. Constantly rubbing against her persons legs and giving head butts. She has been in a home with other resident cats and large breed dogs, so she could easily join a home with either. She loves her humans but is equally enamored with her animal friends. She has been very friendly with anyone she meets, furry and human alike. She loves to play hard and then enjoy a luxurious nap. We joke about the fact that she always has a little bit of a sleepy look, but it's a very endearing quality about her. She would enjoy a cat tree in her new home, and she is obsessed with soft blankets. She is sure to bring a huge smile to her new parent or families face every day.
