My story

Meet Hank! This big goofball is a total sweetheart. He's a friendly and playful pup with a big goofy grin, who loves exploring the fields or cuddling up with everyone he meets. Hank is great on a leash and loves going on adventures with volunteers. He is easy-going and such an all around good boy. He would be a great addition to any household whether you're a first-time dog owner or looking to expand your pack! ESTIMATE WEIGHT FULL GROWN: 62 lbs. KNOWN WITH DOGS: Hank enjoys a playing with other dogs. He loves dogs who will wrestle with him and be goofy. He's been very tolerant of our young puppies and showing them how to play appropriately. He very sweetly gets down on their level to play. KNOWN WITH CATS: We do not currently know how they are with cats. If that is needed, let us know and we'll work on getting that information! KNOWN WITH KIDS: Hank has done great meeting kids at the Trails Home Farm. He recently met a 6 year old and trotted along behind her politely waiting for her attention. KNOWN CUES: Hank is such a smart boy! He knows 'sit' 'stay' 'touch' 'down' and 'spin' and is working on 'leave it' and 'sit pretty' KNOWN HOUSEBREAKING &/OR CRATING: Hank settles nicely in his kennel at the rescue and has not had any accidents in his time here. KNOWN LIKES: Sniffing, affection, other dogs, chasing the ball. KNOWN DISLIKES: People who move too quickly, loud noises.
