Potty trained, full of energy, and always ready to run, splash, or cuddle. Penelope is looking for an active best friend who shares her passion for sunshine, adventure, and snack breaks. If you're into long walks, spontaneous swims, and being greeted like a celebrity every time you enter a room, Penelope's your girl.  Warning: May cause extreme happiness, increased laughter, and sudden urges to buy more dog treats.
